Dye Sublimation:

Full color imaging can be achieved through dye sublimation. It is a 4-color process which produces vivid images on a variety of textiles including matte Poplin, gloss Satin, Dacron, Mesh, Polyduck and other exciting fabrics. This technology will maximize your creativity through color, visual effect and size.

Large format imprints are ideal for dye sublimation. Maximum seamless width is 68” x 50' lengths. Wider images may be achieved through “tiling.” Skilled seamstresses in our finishing department will complete your project to exacting specifications.

Banners and backdrops

Flocking, spot color images
Flock:
Spot color images can be applied to cotton or satin, with flock imprint. Available in a variety of colors, it has a raised texture and gives a great visual. Flocking has a “felty” feel and is used as awards, podium and college banners.
Appliqué:
A traditional process, appliqué is the technique of sewing separate pieces of fabric onto a base material. Used for interior and exterior application, this process features:
Sewn on letter have high durability

High Durability. Most often used for outdoor flags and banners, each design element is cut and seamed using multiple rows of stitching. Combined with selected fabric choices, the end product will result in a presentation able to withstand harsher conditions and have that old time nostalgic “feel”.

Variety of Color. Rich, clean and textured designs can be achieved but are limited to solid fabric colors. While no halftone or process colors are available, "layered" fabric can provide multicolored designs. Half-toning or color graduations cannot be replicated with this process.

Finishing:
Most fabric banners have liners. Liners bring out the "pop" in color because of the opacity that they offer.
Attachments can include pole pockets, grommets (reinforced metal holes) and Velcro. Please let us know which works best for you.
