This was our first time ordering gonfalons, and our salesperson was great at answering any of our questions, sending photos of examples for us to compare, and giving us a detailed quote. Ordering and proofing was quick and easy, and the product was delivered on time and was packaged carefully. I would highly recommend Southern Tailors and would use them again!

From start to finish, working with Southern Tailors has been a five-star experience. Neal Zucker offered great guidance through questions we had about the gonfalons' production process and color replication. We knew the finished product would be good, but the end result was exceptional! The fabric is fantastic quality and weight. The hardware is lovely. Even right down to how each piece was carefully wrapped and packaged for shipping, Southern Tailors attended to every detail while still delivering our gonfalons a full week before our commencement exercises. Highly recommend!

Mr. Neal was exceptional. Provided a personal touch by immediately establishing a relationship via a phone conversation, followed it through to the end, and was amiable throughout the purchase process. The product is beautiful, the cloth makes colors POP, and the base is much sturdier than what is currently being sold!
