Not only they have an impressive gallery of their work that is viewable online, I was contacted right away when I sent my inquiry. Neal was gracious, answered all my questions, then sent a detailed estimate of what we would receive with our order and when. He even provided options so we could land on a price point that fit our budget. The pricing was very competitive, considering the hand craftsmanship and high end accessories.
